What the Rich Teach their Kids About Money That The Poor and Middle-Class Do Not

This is probably the most commonly recommended book for investors. It focuses on mindset and core principles rather than actionable real estate investing advice, but it’s a great primer. I read this in college and have revisited it twice since then.

What It Takes To Win in High Stakes Commercial Real Estate

The author is a real estate attorney and investor. He explains high-level principles while recounting true stories from his investment career. This is definitely a more advanced read and specific to commercial real estate. Highly recommend!
